About the event

The Awards are an opportunity for the winning training providers to stand out. Simultaneously, they afford every entrant a space to reflect on the quality of the training while writing their entries. For the second time, GWO shone a well-deserved spotlight on the great practice of training teams, instructors and the very best the network has to offer.

Training Team of the Year (Americas): Tech Safety Lines

"We are honored to be selected as a winner for GWO's Training Team of the Year - Americas! Tech Safety Lines is proud to provide GWO’s training curriculum to the services we offer to the wind industry. The future of the wind industry in North America is growing rapidly, and we are excited to bring our expertise to our clients!"

Young Achiever Award: Matthew Thompson

"I am over the moon to have won this award. Our goal at Safer at Work is to make workplaces, particularly high-risk ones like those in the wind industry, safer to work in. I’m delighted that our work has been recognised, but I’m eager to keep developing our training, and build on the success of our brand-new facility in Gateshead."
