RWE Safety Training Team
We, at RWE Renewables Americas are ecstatic and excited to be shortlisted in the “Training Team of the Year, Americas” category
RWE’s core values are Trust, Passion and Performance. RWE abides by our core values in all our trainings at the RWE training centre.
One of RWE’s core behaviours states “We care today, so everyone enjoys tomorrow”. The goal is to ensure a safe training environment for all our participants. At RWE Renewables Americas, a comprehensive, competency based training program is offered, allowing technicians to advance, based on field experience as well as their classroom training. With this core behaviour in mind, RWE strives to train technicians to make sure that they are not only skilled and knowledgeable, but are also productive and safety minded.
Since, getting certified as a GWO training provider in May 2021, RWE has trained over 250 participants and issued over 1000 certificates with zero incidents and accidents. RWE possesses a very dedicated team of trainers who are always eager to help participants, and are looking out for their safety even outside of a training class.
