Managing Director of Complete Training Solutions Ian Green comments “Being shortlisted for Training Team of the Year Northern Europe at this year’s awards is a fantastic achievement and a true testament of the skills and knowledge that our brilliant team have here at Complete Training Solutions. Many of our Trainers still work in the renewable sector themselves and are often sending me pictures of them out in the field. It’s being able to apply this up-to-date industry knowledge, coupled with our fantastic administration teams, which make the quality of our delivery so exceptional.
Complete Training Solutions (CTS) is the second largest single-site training provider of GWO courses in the UK, having supported over 2,700 delegates to gain or renew their GWO qualifications between August 2021 – August 2022. Offering a range of GWO qualifications, either face-to-face or (partly) online allows CTS to meet the growing needs of the industry. CTS believes passionately in the importance of health and safety within the workplace, and that is why quality is at the heart of everything it does.
In addition to supporting those already working in the industry, CTS also works alongside it's sister company, Complete Skills Solutions, to support those who are out of work to gain the basic green-skills needed to pursue a career in the industry.
As an Armed Forces Silver member, CTS is incredibly proud that our veterans programme has grown in popularity over the last 12 months, having supported numerous individuals who are looking to enter the industry as part of their resettlement. The commitment to changing lives saw CTS deliver £3,504,303 of Social Value between 2019- 2021. It is this commitment to positively impacting the lives of our delegates which drives Training and Support Teams to deliver exceptional levels of training for those who choose CTS.
